Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DialWolf, operated by Sitovai Agency (business ID / Y-tunnus 3638129-8, Finland). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: support@sitovaiagency.com.

1. The service

DialWolf finds and scores business leads, places outbound calls through a telephony account you connect, and produces AI transcripts, scorecards and live coaching. Features may change as the product develops; we will not remove something you are actively paying for without notice.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. One account per person or business unless agreed otherwise.

3. Trial and billing

• New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No card is required to begin.
• After the trial the plan is $49 per month, billed in advance through Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. If something is genuinely broken on our side, contact us and we will make it right.
• Telephony costs are separate: you connect your own Twilio account and pay Twilio directly for numbers and minutes.

4. How you may use it — and how you may not

Cold calling is regulated. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your calling, including do-not-call registries, permitted calling hours, consent and disclosure requirements, and recording laws — which in parts of the United States require the consent of every party on the call. You must not use DialWolf to:

• place calls you are not legally permitted to place, or call numbers on an applicable do-not-call list;
• record calls where you do not have the consent the law requires;
• misrepresent who you are or who you are calling on behalf of;
• send unlawful, harassing, deceptive or fraudulent communications;
• upload lead data you have no lawful basis to hold;
• resell or expose the service to third parties as your own without our agreement;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent limits of the service.

We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully or in a way that puts the service or its other customers at risk.

5. Your data and your leads

Your leads, call logs, recordings and transcripts remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process them in order to run the service for you. You can export or delete them at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. AI output

Lead scores, call scorecards and coaching suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. They are aids to your own judgement, not advice, and must not be treated as a guarantee of results. Verify anything that matters before acting on it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties — Twilio, Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Deepgram, Google — and their outages will affect it. We may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts access.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to it, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your mandatory rights as a consumer, if you are one, are unaffected.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the agreement if you materially breach these terms, or with reasonable notice if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes belong to the Finnish courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence says otherwise. See also our Privacy Policy.
