Questions
Do I need my own Twilio account?
Yes — you connect it in Settings and it takes a few minutes. It means your calling minutes are billed at Twilio's cost, not marked up by us, and the phone numbers you buy belong to your account. Guided setup walks you through the five values to paste.
Is recording calls legal?
It depends on the state, so the app handles it for you: calls into all-party-consent states play a short recording notice automatically, and one-party states record silently. You're never deciding this per call.
What does the AI actually cost me?
Nothing extra. Live coaching, transcripts, scorecards and lead scoring all run on our keys and are included in the $49. Generous daily limits keep it sane; you'd have to be trying to hit them.
Will it work with leads I already have?
Import any CSV — from a CRM, a scraper, another tool. Columns are detected automatically, and imported leads can be AI-scored so your calling queue is still best-first.
